Romy has spent most of his time and childhood growing up in the world of mixed martial arts and sports. He knows what it takes to train hard, the discipline and determination, the regiment of improving skills and techniques, the injuries that comes with the game, and what it takes to be an athlete. He graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2015. His background in instructional and competetive martial arts and fitness as a personal trainer, as well as the health and hospitality industry compliments his massage therapy practice. His passion allows him to apply an educational approach to helping patients improve there overall performance with mind/body health issues by increasing the patients knowledge of the importance of self-care practice specific to their medical conditions and individual needs.

His experience and techniques includes but is not limited to: Cranial sacral, myofascial release, deep tissue, general swedish, joint mobilization, trigger point techniques, cupping and hotstone, thai massage, sports massage, pre-natal/post-natal, pre/post surgical massage. Jayzel is a graduate of Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy and has been practicing since 2017. She has since been working with the goal to improve the daily life of clients by helping them to destress and relax.

Her treatments focus on the relaxation aspect of therapeutic massage, targeting the upper back, neck and shoulders where most tend to carry their stress but also incorporate myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue.

Jayzel is a strong believer in the effectiveness of massage in treating chronic muscle pain. She has experience treating pain in the neck and back, patients with neurological conditions, pre- and post-natal women, athletes and individuals in palliative care. She takes the well-being of her clients with the utmost respect and works towards the desired goals of each patient treated in the clinic. Aara graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Science Kinesiology degree and obtained her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Queen’s University.

Aara strives to be evidence-informed in her practice when providing patient education, manual therapy and exercise prescription to improve quality of life, achieve patients’ goals and prevent re-injury.

Aara values continuing education and aspires to refine current skills and learn new ones in order to provide quality patient care. She has taken courses in Functional Integrated Acupuncture for Acute and Chronic Pain Management, and Introduction to Vestibular Rehabilitation. She has already obtained the Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy: Level 1.

Sodiq Ibrahim, RMT, blends athletic prowess with holistic health as a Registered Massage Therapist. With a history in collegiate track and field, an honors degree in kinesiology and health science from York University, and a Massage Therapy certification from Georgian College, Sodiq combines experience and education.

Nicole is a graduate of the Mohawk College massage therapy program and is now a registered massage therapist with the CMTO. Prior to massage therapy, Nicole became an instructor for the Red Cross teaching several levels of first aid, first responder, and CPR. In her spare time, she is a certified Emergency Medical Responder for different events across Ontario. She has previously worked as a certified personal support worker across different types of settings from home care to hospitals and long-term facilities. These jobs and experiences have led her to her passion for manual therapy and rehabilitation.

Nicole offers a safe space, her undivided attention, and compassion for all of her clients. Her special interests in chronic pain management and prenatal care are mostly due to her experience in the fields, and personal experience, which sparked her interest in massage therapy. She is dedicated to finding the route of the cause and solving it using her holistic treatment values, research, and client-centered care.

Dr. Orion Katayama graduated with magna cum laude at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) following a Bachelors of Kinesiology (Hons) from the University of Toronto. He completed his post-graduate sports sciences residency through CMCC and fellowship from the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (RCCSS). He has completed the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Orion is focused on providing evidence-based care that includes rehabilitative exercises, self-management strategies, manual therapy, and/or acupuncture to help facilitate recovery and performance.

Dr. Nguyen’s philosophy on chiropractic care can be attributed to his major passion for athletics, nutrition, and achieving optimal performance. Dr. Nguyen obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to attending CMCC, he completed an Honours degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University.

Dr. Nguyen is also a certified acupuncture provider through the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University, and an Active Release Techniques® (ART®) provider. Dr. Nguyen emphasizes an evidence-based approach to treatment plans that alleviate pain, improve overall function, and enhance performance in athletics and daily activities.

Dr. Nguyen has participated both competitively and recreationally in swimming, baseball, hockey and badminton. He currently serves on the training staff for the St. Michaels Buzzers Jr. A hockey team.

Siddharth (Sid) is a dynamic and compassionate physiotherapist for whom his patient-centered approach is the key to return his clients to work/sports. He strives to provide highest quality care through hands-on manual therapy and individualized exercise programmes for each client. Sid uses Mulligan, Maitland , Active release techniques, Taping, and Neurodynamic technique as a part of his therapy.

He has completed TMJ Certification from APTEI, Canada and is currently pursuing Level-2 FCAMPT. Having a background of a Sports physiotherapist in Soccer for more than five years, his area of interest lies in sports, active population and weekend warriors. Sid holds a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy from D.Y. Patil University, and a Bachelor in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University, India.

He is currently practising as a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario. When not working, Sid likes to engage in outdoor activities and working out in the gym. He is also a novice runner having completed a few half marathons.

Caroline obtained her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto after completing her Honours Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. After completing her studies, she embarked on a journey of continuing education and is a proud member of the Fellow of Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).

She is inspired by her patients’ stories – where they came from and where they would like to go – and this is what fuels her to be better everyday.

Jiaqi obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2020 and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2023. Jiaqi is devoted to life-long learning and plans to pursue additional courses to diversify and enhance his clinical practice.

Jiaqi decided to pursue Physiotherapy because as an active person throughout his life where he has been formerly involved in competitive sports such as basketball and swimming, he developed a tremendous appreciation for the human body and ignited a passion for learning more about its intricacies. Outside the clinic Jiaqi continues to adopt an active lifestyle through weightlifting and pickleball. Jiaqi is fluent in Mandarin.
