Nicole Benjamin Registered Physiotherapist
Nicole obtained a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2009. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University.
As a physiotherapist, Nicoles passion towards injury prevention and healing come from her strong athletic background which included competing as a member of both York University and the University of Torontos varsity track and field teams. Nicoles treatment approach incorporates her background in exercise and sport with her knowledge of physiotherapy to help her clients regain their full potential. She believes in empowering her clients and giving them the tools necessary to heal themselves and restore mobility and function. Educating her patients is an important aspect of her care. Nicole believes that her clients should understand their injury, the treatment they are receiving and how they play an active role in their recovery. Nicole utilizes manual therapy, acupuncture, electrotherapy, exercise prescription and functional assessment to build a comprehensive treatment plan based on her clients goals. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys playing the piano and keeping active with running, playing flag football and weight training.

Dr. Lucrecia Hardowar
(She/Her/Hers)
Dr. Lucrecia Hardowar obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2021. Prior to this, she obtained both her Bachelor of Science degrees in Kinesiology and Health Science as well as Psychology from York University. She is registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario.
Dr. Lucrecia has an evidence based assessment and treatment approach which focuses on manual therapy (manipulations and mobilizations), soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription, patient education and modality use. Dr. Lucrecia also provides activator adjustments.
Being a former athlete, Dr. Lucrecia has a special interest in the athletic population as well as the everyday athlete. She has obtained her contemporary medical acupuncture and advanced medical acupuncture for pelvic floor pain and dysfunction certifications from McMaster University. She has also completed courses in assessment and management of knee pain.
She believes in empowering her patients and giving them the tools necessary to heal themselves and to restore mobility and function. Education is an important part of her treatment plan as Lucrecia believes her patients should understand their condition, the treatment they are receiving, and their role in an active recovery.

Chris Ibrahim
Chris graduated from the UofT’s Physical therapy program. He also holds a Kinesiology Bachelor’s degree from York University.
Chris was intrigued with the biomechanics of the human body early in his university career and is dedicated to approaching care by focusing beyond one’s primary complaint. He has worked in various orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological injury clinics across the GTA, where he gained the experience to deliver his treatment via education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription. His main goal is to both restore optimal function and prevent re-injury. He also intends to develop meaningful relationships with his clients to provide a treatment plan that is personalized and empowering. Chris can speak both English and Arabic.

Calvin Ku
Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Calvin grew up with a passion for sports. He played various recreational sports from volleyball, ultimate frisbee, football, lacrosse and many more but competitively, Calvin has 15+ years of experience in hockey.
His love and passion for sports drove him to pursue a degree in Kinesiology and learning the ins and outs of the human body. Calvin graduated with a Kinesiology Degree, Bachelor of Science with Honours from York University in 2023. After graduating from York University, he then extended his passion for sports and the study of the human body to a career field in massage therapy at Sutherland-Chan.
Calvin’s background of sports combined with his intelligence of biomechanics allows him to visualize and plan treatments to reduce pain, improve performance and elicit a relaxation response. To achieve these results, Calvin uses a variety of techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, general Swedish techniques, cupping, active release techniques, and neuromuscular facilitation. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Calvin always aims to achieve the goals of his patients whether a full body relaxation massage or decreasing pain and improving range of motion in specific joints.

Harrison Mah
Harrison is a Registered Massage Therapist who has a passion in helping patients to move pain-free and to help them get back to their favourite activities and hobbies.
He is a graduate from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy who has experience in working with many patients from the general population, but also other environments as well such as sporting events, hospitals, long-term care homes and community centres.
Harrison has knowledge in different massage therapy techniques such as general swedish massage, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, active and passive stretching techniques, lymphatic drainage, joint mobilizations for pain relief and increasing range of motion, and various other techniques to help with decreasing trigger points and muscle soreness.
Harrison also has experience in Sports Massage and Thai massage where he incorporates techniques from them into his treatments.
Outside of the clinic, Harrison enjoys being physically active by participating in strength training and weightlifting at the gym. He enjoys racket sports, such as tennis and badminton, and aquatic sports such as swimming.

Bruce brings over 15 years of experience training and supporting clients throughout their fitness journeys. Kriyanshi Sheth Registered Massage Therapist
Kriyanshi Sheth is a Registered Massage Therapist and in a good standing with the college of massage therapy of Ontario. She is passionate about working with patients towards their goals to improve their daily living. She is a strong believer in the effectiveness of massage in treating chronic muscle pain. She believes in getting to the root of the pain instead of just working on the superficial layer.

Rebecca Temertzoglou
Dr. Rebecca Temertzoglou is a licensed chiropractor who earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) after completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University.
With a background in competitive sports like soccer and ski racing, and experience as a coach, Dr. Temertzoglou is passionate about helping athletes and patients optimize performance and recover from injury. She provides personalized, evidence-based care for all stages of rehab, from injury prevention to post-injury recovery.

Rostam Torki Sharifabadi
Rostam Torki started his physiotherapy journey with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology & Health Science (BSc Kin) at York University. He then graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT). Rostam has also attained a certificate in The Pain Truth Program for treating chronic/persistent pain. He is also trained in acupuncture & dry needling and spinal manipulations/adjustments. Currently, Rostam is also working on attaining his Diploma in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (Dip. AMPT).

Jon Wagner
Jon is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Before this, they received a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Brock University, and a diploma in Exercise Science for Health and Performance from Niagara College. Jon’s journey into massage therapy was fueled by their experience as an exercise physiologist, where they sought to enhance client care through manual therapy. Their personal experience with soccer injuries, and subsequent recovery with the help of massage therapy, solidified their passion for the field.
Jon utilizes a problem-solving and results-driven approach, employing palpation and orthopedic testing to ensure effective treatment.
