Matthieu, a massage therapist from Kikkawa College, moved from Montréal to Toronto in 2008 to study massage therapy. In parallel, he undertook studies in the Active Release Therapy program and completed the Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity and Spine modules.

Once he had his Registered Massage Therapy license in hand, he went to McMaster University to complete the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program as well as the Advanced Neurofunctional Sports Performance Program. Throughout is elementary and high school studies, he played elite hockey as a goalie. Matthieu is focused on the wellbeing of his patients and aims to provide a unique experience at each visit.

Nathania completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto after finishing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. Nathania’s passion for sharing knowledge and promoting a healthy lifestyle led her to pursue physiotherapy; she enjoys empowering patients with accurate health information and providing patients with strategies to optimize their recovery between sessions. She hopes to help you develop better self-awareness of your body and the way it moves. Her ultimate goal is to equip you with the tools you need to play an active role in your rehab journey.

Nathania has a love for team sports and cooperative board games, and this spirit of collaboration carries over to her approach with patients. She sees each assessment and treatment session as a collaborative problem solving session, in which you work as a team to develop a plan that addresses your needs and lifestyle. Nathania is eager to combine her expertise with your insight to help you get back to the things you love to do and prevent risk of injury in the future. Throughout her life, Nathania has worked with a variety of individuals in a broad range of settings, from university varsity athletes to weekend warriors to geriatric patients in long term care. Whether you’re dealing with a nagging injury from years of overuse or a fresh injury off the field, Nathania will help to address the root cause of your issue.

Outside of the clinic, Nathania can be found at the gym, at a salsa dancing social, or in the kitchen, cooking and baking for loved ones! Alex completed his Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Prior to this, he obtained his Honors Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology degree at Western University. Alex is a huge sports fan and has pursued educational courses to further his clinical knowledge including American Sports Medicine Institute (ASMI) for baseball throwing injuries and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) for golf performance. Additionally, Alex has taken courses in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture and manual therapy.

Alex believes in a multimodal treatment approach with joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, client education, and targeted exercises.

Outside of the clinic, Alex remains active through weightlifting, running half marathons, and dragonboating competitively. Alex loves to spend time outdoors whether he is camping in Algonquin or just walking his dog down by Lakeshore.

Dylan completed his Masters in Physiotherapy overseas at Glasgow Caledonian University in the United Kingdom. He gained his Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University. Dylan’s passion for physiotherapy stemmed from his lifelong training as a martial arts practitioner and assistant instructor at Northern Karate Schools. Here, he learned the importance of effective communication, knowledge in body mechanics and function, as well as awareness of a student’s physical impairments in teaching new skills, and applies these principals to his practice.

Dylan’s treatment approach centres around client education, soft tissue release, mobilizations and targeted exercises.

Dylan enjoys being physically active whether it be playing recreational sports with friends, going for walks, weightlifting, and of course training at the martial arts dojo.

Dr. Erin Saltzman is a Lead Chiropractor, and Functional Medicine specialist. Dr. Saltzman graduated with Honors from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and prior to earning her Doctor of Chiropractic, she received an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina.

Dr. Saltzman’s Chiropractic practice follows a comprehensive approach to treatment. Trained utilizing Functional Integrated Therapy (F.I.T®), Dr. Saltzman is able to help mainstream patients and athletes of all levels optimize function, improve performance and promote quality of life. This approach includes some of the following treatments; Dry Needling, Medical Electro-Acupuncture, Active Release Technique (A.R.T®), Fascial Abrasions Technique (F.A.T®), Cupping, Custom Orthotics, Shockwave Therapy, Joint Manipulation, Performance Taping, and Functional Rehabilitation Programs.

The vast majority of Dr. Saltzman’s chiropractic practice has been working with C-level executives, professional athletes and performing artists spanning from ATP/WTA, NHL, MLB, PGA, Olympic Track, to live entertainers and performers. In working with these professionals, Dr. Saltzman developed a passion for helping all athletes & professionals work towards their goals, implementing a blend of practices in order to maximize all her patient outcomes. Dr. Saltzman is also an active educator for the FIT Institute, assisting in the teaching of Biomedical Dry Needling, FAT Tool and Performance Taping. Dr. Saltzman has been dedicated to hands-on training other team members, as well as building a team of practitioners that not only compliment her practice, but also have similar experiences working with professional athletes and carry similar mindsets of being able to provide the same level of care to all patients.

Dr. Saltzman has always lived an active-healthy lifestyle competing in sport, yet she had always struggled with underlying health issues that had never been properly explained. Dr. Saltzman saw countless specialists spanning across multiple disciplines, and the answers always came back the same. Fast forward many years later, Dr. Saltzman was introduced to Functional Medicine through a professional athlete she was working with. She started getting new tests done and discovering answers to conditions she hadn’t received up until this point. This was the beginning of her journey into the world of Functional Medicine. Dr. Saltzman completed her education from Functional Medicine University (FMU) in 2020 and also another program from the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFMCP), already integrating herself with some of the industries brightest minds.
