Jasmit holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the esteemed University of Toronto, and earned her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph.
Jasmit has extensive experience working with diverse demographics, including children, youth, athletes, adults, and older adults. She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, including acute and chronic conditions such as sprains/strains, sports injuries, tendinopathies, low back pain and neck pain. She provides treatment for orthopedic injuries and has specialized training in pelvic health physiotherapy.
She employs an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to treatment, combining manual therapy and tailored exercise programs to optimize her patient’s recovery and wellness. Jayzel Bernandino Registered Massage Therapist

Puru Chattopdhay completed his Masters of Physiotherapy in musculoskeletal disorders and sports physiotherapy and has over 15 years of experience working in in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation settings.

Joseph McGill Registered Physiotherapist
Joseph graduated from the Physiotherapy Program at The University of Western Ontario in 2003. Since that time he has worked in a wide variety of clinical settings from small, rural practices to large, multidisciplinary Sports Medicine practices. He has come to the Mississauga area after working in a private clinic on campus at The University of Waterloo for the past 8 years.
Since finishing university he has continued to make learning a priority. With an interest in a diverse variety of training, Joseph has taken continuing education courses in traditional Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Applied Kinesiology, Trigenics and is certified in Acupuncture through the AFCI. Recently he has taken some training in Post Concussion management. Using his experience he aims to customize his treatments to the individual needs of the people who come to see him.
