Romy has spent most of his time and childhood growing up in the world of mixed martial arts and sports. He knows what it takes to train hard, the discipline and determination, the regiment of improving skills and techniques, the injuries that comes with the game, and what it takes to be an athlete. He graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2015. His background in instructional and competetive martial arts and fitness as a personal trainer, as well as the health and hospitality industry compliments his massage therapy practice. His passion allows him to apply an educational approach to helping patients improve there overall performance with mind/body health issues by increasing the patients knowledge of the importance of self-care practice specific to their medical conditions and individual needs.

His experience and techniques includes but is not limited to: Cranial sacral, myofascial release, deep tissue, general swedish, joint mobilization, trigger point techniques, cupping and hotstone, thai massage, sports massage, pre-natal/post-natal, pre/post surgical massage. Jayzel is a graduate of Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy and has been practicing since 2017. She has since been working with the goal to improve the daily life of clients by helping them to destress and relax.

Her treatments focus on the relaxation aspect of therapeutic massage, targeting the upper back, neck and shoulders where most tend to carry their stress but also incorporate myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue.

Jayzel is a strong believer in the effectiveness of massage in treating chronic muscle pain. She has experience treating pain in the neck and back, patients with neurological conditions, pre- and post-natal women, athletes and individuals in palliative care. Puru Chattopdhay completed his Masters of Physiotherapy in musculoskeletal disorders and sports physiotherapy and has over 15 years of experience working in in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation settings.

Puru has also completed training in acupuncture, dry needling, K-taping, vestibular rehab and concussion management. He has experience rehabilitating different orthopaedic conditions, including THR, TKR, other joint replacements and sports injuries. Puru has completed level 2 ortho division and also trained in various manual therapy techniques such as Maitland, Mckenzie and mulligan.

Manpreet graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.

Manpreet believes that manual therapy, patient education and individualized exercise programs result in successful patient outcomes. She provides treatments for orthopedic injuries and has specialized training in dry needling, k-taping and pelvic health physiotherapy.

She uses her passion of exercise and strength training to assist patients to optimize their own training programs. Her goal is to work with patients to reduce pain, resume normal function and prevent future injuries.

Dr. Jason Kobrick is a Chiropractor that has over 19 years of experience treating in a sports therapy clinic here in Oakville.

As a Chiropractic graduate of CMCC (Toronto 2004) Jason uses a multidisciplinary sports therapy approach. Jason’s treatment focuses on Manual therapy (Chiropractic), Functional Range Release & Functional Range Conditioning (FR/FRC®), Active Release Techniques (ART®) and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture.

Jason is also a certified as a concussion specialist (Complete Concussion Management, CCMi) and has training in vestibular/vertigo evaluation and rehabilitation.

Michelle has a strong passion for people’s physical and mental well-being which is why she has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2005. She has successfully created treatment plans for individuals whose goals were to reduce physical pain or to improve their mental health. Her experience ranges from helping athletes with recovery in order to maximize performance, to collaborating with other regulated healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective treatments, to working at high-end spas giving evidence-based treatments while in an ambience that prioritizes decompression and tranquility. Michelle also had the pleasure of teaching Massage Therapy at a private college, and worked with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario to ensure professionalism within her industry. Michelle is also a Certified Canine Massage Therapist and has added dogs to her client list!

An appointment with Michelle would start with a conversation and assessment about your goals prior to your massage. Amanda Sciberras is a graduate from Trillium College (formerly Canadian Therapeutic College) with honours in 2011. She is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and a member of Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario. Amanda performs several techniques from General Swedish Massage, Myofascial Trigger points, fascial work, scar work, lymphatic drainage, and craniosacral therapy.
