Sandro is a graduate of the Master of Physical Therapy program from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to this, he completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at York University, receiving specialized honours in Kinesiology and Health Science.

Sandro empowers his patients by taking an active approach to physical rehabilitation, placing emphasis on therapeutic exercise and education, in addition to using manual therapy techniques. Having completed courses in exercise prescription as well as his level I Manual Therapy diploma, Sandro also plans to take additional continuing education courses to further develop his skill set.

Michael began his studies graduating with a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University in Toronto, Canada. He then went on to complete an Education Degree from York University focusing on Health and Sciences. With a strong passion to learn and further his skills, Michael went on to continue his studies in New York, completing a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy with a clinical emphasis in orthopaedic medicine and manual therapy.

Michael is registered to practice Physiotherapy in both Canada and the United States and has worked with various populations in both countries. Michael continued his Physiotherapy education by completing a post graduate certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Michael also completed his Level 1 Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Recently, he has completed the Level One course for golf swing analysis through the Titleist Performance Institute. Michael is extremely passionate in his commitment to help individuals of all levels with injury recovery and performance enhancement.

Michael utilizes a functional approach to his assessments and treatments to determine and understand the neuro-anatomical cause of a client’s symptoms/condition. Michael’s treatments include various soft-tissue and joint mobilization techniques, acupuncture, athletic taping, physiotherapy modalities, as well as functional rehabilitative and athlete specific exercises to help alleviate pain, improve quality of movement and optimize performance.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with exercise and high performance conditioning from years of participation in various competitive level sports and through his extensive academic training. Sienna completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University, and prior to this, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. Sienna’s interest in physiotherapy began when she was younger and attended physiotherapy to support her active lifestyle. She has an extensive background in the performing arts, with a 14-year career as a dancer in various styles including ballet, jazz, contemporary and pointe, nurturing a curiosity for movement and the human body.

She has a strong passion in advocating for the overall health and well-being of her clients and helping them achieve their highest function and best self. Sienna takes a client-centered approach to treatment with a focus on thorough assessments, manual techniques and personalized exercise prescriptions.

Through her experience at a pelvic health clinic during school, Sienna has taken an interest in women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She is currently working towards completing post-graduate courses to pursue this area of specialty in the future. Siman graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. She has also completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from York University.

Siman is dedicated to helping people become their best self physically and mentally. She believes in using an evidence-based, active, and holistic approach to therapy. She incorporates education, manual therapy, and personalised exercise programs to work together with her clients so they can successfully achieve their goals. Siman has a special interest in neurological conditions as well as dizziness and balance issues. Matt is a compassionate manual practitioner with extensive knowledge and experience in treating neuromusculoskeletal injuries. He graduated from York University in 2016 with his Honours degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences while concurrently completing the Athletic Therapy (AT) Certificate program. After graduating from York, he continued his education by attending and graduating from the Ontario College of Health and Technology, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in 2017. In 2018 he began his studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). He graduated from CMCC in 2022. In addition to his multiple disciplines, Matt has also taken courses to expand his skillset in order to provide Western Medical Acupuncture to his patients.

Since 2013, Matt has worked in a variety of different rehab settings. From on-field athletic medical coverage, to multidiscplinary sports medicine facilities, to motor vehicle accident clinics he has seen and managed all kinds of athletic and non-athletic injuries and conditions. He uses a patient-centered approach from the initial visit in order to properly diagnose the pain generator. Following the initial assessment you can expect a clearly explained treatment plan directed at your specific goals.

He approaches his treatments in a unique way; by incorporating an all-encompassing treatment of the soft tissues, joints, and nerves to fully achieve his patient’s goals of decreased pain, increased mobility and improved strength/stability. Miriam has gained invaluable experience working with diverse age groups and addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Sean is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate from Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology. He is currently registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario (RMTAO). After he graduated, he wanted to explore aspects of a mobile practice and he began to provide safe and effective treatments for clientele who may not have time or are not able to travel to a clinic.

Cristina obtained her Master’s of Physiotherapy Degree from McGill University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from York University. She believes the key to a successful and sustainable recovery stems from a patient-centered care model and strives to inspire all her patients to become more active, healthy, and happy.

Cristina has a special interest in treating patients of performing arts background, with previous experience treating circus performers on touring shows of Montreal’s Top 3 Circus Companies; Cirque Du Soliel, The 7 Fingers, and Cirque Eloize. Furthermore, she has both international and national experience treating athletes from various sports, including rugby, jujitsu, judo, table tennis, soccer and gymnastics to name a few.
