Active Massage Therapy:

This style of treatment is best suited for someone who is looking to treat a condition or injury. It focuses on rehabilitating injuries and post operative conditions. The main difference between this style of treatment and a regular massage, is that active massage is done with the patient clothed, as opposed to using draping. It will also involve progressive exercises that are tailored to the client’s specific needs and stage of healing.
