Mr. Sina Akbarzadeh Registered Physiotherapist
Sina is a graduate of the University of Toronto, where he earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at York University.
Sina became immersed in the world of physiotherapy after sustaining a serious knee injury while playing competitive soccer. Through his own injury and rehab, he developed an appreciation of the science of movement, the complexity of the human body and its incredible ability to adapt in response to injuries.
Sina utilizes a variety of manual techniques, such as soft tissue release and joint mobilizations, exercise prescription and education to assist clients in achieving their goals. He also has completed his Level 1 certification under the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopedic division with plans to complete further levels of the Advanced Orthopaedic Manual, along with courses in acupuncture and dry-needling. Sina is also fluent in Farsi.
Outside of work, some of Sina’s hobbies include playing soccer, weight training while listening to backstreet boys and beatboxing. He is also an avid backpacker, and has recently travelled to countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, Italy, Switzerland, France and Dominican Republic.

Dr. Haleigh Baines graduated with honours distinction from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. She furthered her education by earning her degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Baines has extensive education and training in joint manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and therapeutic exercise prescription to help manage and prevent musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Baines leads an active lifestyle and advocates for a conservative and preventive approach to health. She focuses on correcting biomechanical imbalances in the body and optimizing both physical and mental well-being. Gagandeep Banait
Gagandeep is a compassionate and dedicated Physiotherapist with extensive knowledge and experience in treating neuromusculoskeletal injuries. She graduated from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences in 2009 from India.
After her graduation she started to work in a hospital and got experience in rehabilitation for acute and chronic conditions, athletic and nonathletic injuries and well as motor vehicle injuries. After moving to Canada, Gagandeep worked as a Physiotherapy assistant for couple of years and then she enrolled in Royal Canadian college of massage therapy to become a Registered Massage Therapist in 2017.
In 2018, she became a Registered Massage Therapist and started working in a multidisciplinary clinic as a RMT. Gagandeep has taken courses to expand her skillset by getting certification in Reflexology, soft tissue cupping and Indian head massage. After working as a Massage Therapist for 5 years Gagandeep decided to pursue her Physiotherapy career which she is passionate about. She enrolled in the SPOT program in August 2023 at McGill University in Montreal, which is an equivalency program designed for internationally trained Physiotherapists in order to get her PT license in Canada. In August 2024 Gagandeep finished her SPOT program and became licensed Physiotherapist.

Luca’s treatments include a variety of techniques such as; Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, stretching, Active Release Techniques® (ART®), neurofunctional acupuncture, cupping, joint mobilizations, postural and myofascial alignment, MET, Kinesiology Taping, and exercise prescription.
Luca has always been passionate about biology, physiology, and exercise. He completed his undergraduate degree at York University, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Kinesiology. Luca continued his education in health and science by attending Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, where he treated patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
Luca continues his education in his professional career by taking courses and obtaining certifications. Luca is certified in acupuncture, and is an Active Release Techniques® (ART®) certified provider.

Kira Cheung
Kira is a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO who graduated from Mohawk College. Previously she completed her Bachelors of Physical Education at Brock University.
Kira consistently strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone in her treatment area. She is passionate about assessing and working with patients experiencing any musculoskeletal injuries. Kira is dedicated to finding the root cause of the patient’s chief complaint(s) and not just treating the patient’s symptoms.
While working with athletes at Brock University as a student trainer with different varsity and community teams, Kira found her passion helping athletes return to their sport. She was given the opportunity to treat acute and chronic injuries throughout the seasons. She not only has worked with athletes, but also has experience working with a variety of patients from around the world when she lived in the Rocky Mountains.
Kira’s techniques in her practice include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, stretching, PNF, joint mobilization, cupping and soft tissue release. Kira has also taken an additional prenatal massage course.
Expect to receive stretching/exercise prescription while working with Kira as she strongly believes in combining exercise therapy and manual therapy to achieve the best outcomes. Reza Hosseinian Registered Physiotherapist
Reza received his Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to this, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree at University of Toronto, majoring in psychology and neuroscience.
Reza is devoted to patient-centred care by utilizing evidence-based knowledge and practical skills to improve the physical functioning and wellbeing of his clients. His approach to treatment focuses primarily on therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and education.
Reza has completed his level I manual therapy diploma, Level I Selective Functional Movement Screen, an acupuncture course, as well as advanced physical therapy and personal training courses. He plans to take additional continuing education courses to further his manual and practical skills. Reza has provided patient care in a variety of settings including acute inpatient orthopaedics, outpatient spinal cord injury rehab, community/home, and outpatient clinics. Being exposed to different settings has allowed him to work with a diverse group of patients.

Kevin earned his Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University. Prior to that, he also received his Bachelors of Science with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology from York University. He was inspired to pursue a profession in physiotherapy after experiencing his fair share of injuries while competing on the Varsity Wrestling Team.

Vaishnavy Yogarajah
Vaishnavy graduated from Bryan College’s massage therapy program with honours and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Prior to this, she completed a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University.
Throughout her life she was always involved in sports and was a varsity track & field and cross country athlete at the university level. Throughout her athletic career she’s had exposure to rehabilitation which is where her appreciation and passion stems from.
Vaishnavy is dedicated to improving the overall health and well being of her patients. She does this through thoroughly listening to her patients concerns to ensure the best treatment possible along with providing the home care to help extend the effects of the massage.
