Sina is a graduate of the University of Toronto, where he earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at York University.

Sina became immersed in the world of physiotherapy after sustaining a serious knee injury while playing competitive soccer. Through his own injury and rehab, he developed an appreciation of the science of movement, the complexity of the human body and its incredible ability to adapt in response to injuries.

Sina utilizes a variety of manual techniques, such as soft tissue release and joint mobilizations, exercise prescription and education to assist clients in achieving their goals. He also has completed his Level 1 certification under the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopedic division with plans to complete further levels of the Advanced Orthopaedic Manual, along with courses in acupuncture and dry-needling. Sina is also fluent in Farsi.

Outside of work, some of Sina’s hobbies include playing soccer, weight training while listening to backstreet boys and beatboxing. He is also an avid backpacker, and has recently travelled to countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, Italy, Switzerland, France and Dominican Republic.

Dr. Sukh completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University. He went on further to complete his education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College graduating with Honours. He is also trained and certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture.

Dr. Sukh is an evidenced based chiropractor and uses an integrated approach with his patients, incorporating a variety of treatments such Acupuncture, Myofascial Release Therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft tissue Mobilization, Cupping therapy, Joint mobilization/manipulation and Rehabilitation. Utilizing this approach Dr. Sukh is able to tailor his treatment plan to specific patient goals and needs. Thus, improving patient function and overall wellbeing.

He has also had the pleasure of working in a multidisciplinary clinic, specifically working alongside medical doctors, nurses, counselors, physiotherapists and massage therapists. Dr. Sukh emphasizes a collaborative approach to patient care, working together with other practitioners to rapidly improve patient recovery. Luca is a registered massage therapist committed to providing the highest level of care to his patients. His evidence informed treatments aim to reduce pain, optimize function, prevent injury, and improve overall health and quality of life. Luca believes in a patient centred treatment approach, where he identifies your goals and creates a unique treatment plan to help you obtain them.

Luca’s treatments include a variety of techniques such as; Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, stretching, joint mobilizations, postural and myofascial alignment, muscle energy, Kinesiology Taping, cupping, and exercise prescription.

Luca has always been passionate about biology, physiology, and exercise. He completed his undergraduate degree at York University, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Kinesiology. Luca continued his education in health and science by attending Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, where he treated patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions.

In his free time, Luca enjoys playing soccer, volleyball, tennis, and doing hot yoga.

Dr. Ciraco’s interest in sports injuries and her background in kinesiology led her to pursue a career in chiropractic where she could utilize her knowledge to become a leader in the conservative management of injuries and orthopedic conditions while also educating patients on injury prevention. Dr. Ciraco graduated with honors distinction from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Kinesiology (BKin) and soon after pursued her graduate studies in Buffalo, NY at D’Youville University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree.

Dr. Ciraco has extensive training in spinal and joint manipulation, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and therapeutic exercise prescription. She has also completed additional training in Kinesiology Tape application and medical acupuncture/dry needling. She has worked with a wide variety of patients from car accident patients to athletes and the general population.

Dr. Ciraco also has a special interest in chiropractic research and has co-authored peer-reviewed research articles that have been published in chiropractic journals. She has also published in the trade magazine Chiropractic & Naturopathic Doctor. Reza received his Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to this, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree at University of Toronto, majoring in psychology and neuroscience.

Reza is devoted to patient-centred care by utilizing evidence-based knowledge and practical skills to improve the physical functioning and wellbeing of his clients. His approach to treatment focuses primarily on therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and education.

Reza has completed his level I manual therapy diploma, Level I Selective Functional Movement Screen, an acupuncture course, as well as advanced physical therapy and personal training courses. He plans to take additional continuing education courses to further his manual and practical skills. Reza has provided patient care in a variety of settings including acute inpatient orthopaedics, outpatient spinal cord injury rehab, community/home, and outpatient clinics. Being exposed to different settings has allowed him to work with a diverse group of patients.

Reza has experience working with a variety of conditions including, but not limited to, shoulder pain, low back pain, ankle/foot pain, patellofemoral pain syndrome, lateral epicondylalgia (tennis elbow) and post-operative hip and knee replacements.

Phillipe attended The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and graduated with honours in May 2018. He received the Sports Outreach Specialization Award, Hospital Placement Specialization, and took part in the Trimesters: Massage for Pregnancy Course.

Phillipe is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

Phillipe’s therapeutic experience and skill set is quite diversified. He uses a unique blend of Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage, Active Release & Myofascial Stretch/Release techniques, and Cupping Therapy to address a patient’s injuries or concerns.

For the past 7 years I worked as both a PTA and Care Coordinator with a variety of patient populations like post-operative, motor vehicle accident and WSIB. Eric is a registered massage therapist who graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Before massage, Eric got his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at Brock University where he also played on the varsity men’s soccer team for five years. From a young age, Eric has always been involved in sports such as soccer, volleyball, cross country and ultimate Frisbee. His athletic background paired with his passion for helping people, steered Eric into a career in massage therapy.

Eric uses a variety of manual techniques in his practice such as trigger point work, muscle energy techniques, myofascial work, and joint mobilizations. He uses his logic and scientific background to incorporate an evidence based approach in his treatments. He enjoys teaching and informing his clients how to move pain free with exercise prescription to accompany his manual techniques. He believes that a combination of manual therapy and exercise is vital for rehabilitation. Vishnee is a graduate of the Master of Physical Therapy program at Western University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Honours Health Studies with a Health Research Specialization and an Option in Aging Studies at the University of Waterloo.

Vishnee is passionate about educating and empowering clients to help them improve their overall function and quality of life. She values helping clients understand the “why” behind their injuries or conditions. She views health from a holistic perspective and uses a client-centered approach to provide individualized care. Vishnee has also trained in pelvic health physiotherapy. Her interest in this area stems from wanting to help normalize conversations about all things pelvic health. Kevin earned his Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University. Prior to that, he also received his Bachelors of Science with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology from York University. He was inspired to pursue a profession in physiotherapy after experiencing his fair share of injuries while competing on the Varsity Wrestling Team.

Kevin has had the opportunity to work with many amazing individuals ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. He believes in using a holistic, client-centred approach to identify the root cause of symptoms and help clients return to the activities they enjoy.

While working together to build a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan, he utilizes treatment techniques such as manual therapy, education, and therapeutic exercise to help people achieve their goals.
