Mr. Tom Ahmed
Tom Ahmed is a Registered Physical Therapist who has graduated from Queen’s University in M.Sc. PT.
Having earned two degrees in H.B.Sc. Biomedical Sciences and Kinesiology from Ottawa prior, Tom continues education at uOttawa: PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences, alongside interdisciplinary teams at various academic hospitals, advocating for better health after total hip and knee surgeries, by improving understanding of psychological factors influencing post-operative recovery such as anxiety, depression, resilience, and more.
He treats a wide array of conditions ranging from a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain conditions, jaw (TMJ) issues, concussion, and vestibular challenges.
With an ongoing pursuit of lifelong learning, Tom aims to bring evidence-based and clinically sound techniques and practices to his patients, to optimize function, wellness, and greater quality of life, with efficiency by offering: Functional Dry Needling (FDN), Acupuncture, Gua Sha, Cupping, spinal manipulations, McKenzie low back pain management strategies in clinical practice, Modern Manual Therapy (MMT) Eclectic Approach plus MMT Strength and Conditioning in clinical rehabilitation, and more!
In his spare time, Tom enjoys running ultramarathons, and pursuing weightlifting, calisthenics, cycling and swimming. Tom also loves playing acoustic guitar, singing, riding motorcycles, practicing amateur martial arts, and continues to engage in his decade long passion of body and breath awareness meditation, mixed with contemplative writing during long trail runs in nature. His love for movement has led to a wealth of wellness that he enjoys sharing with his patients.
His passion in clinical practice lies in cultivating therapeutic relationships with his patients, that are built on trust, rapport, and genuine connection, all to advocate for each person’s individualized needs and desires.

Kirk Andrew BHSc (Hon), CSCS, DC
Dr. Kirk Andrew graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honors Bachelor of Health Sciences and graduated with honors from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Furthermore, he is also a Medical Acupuncture Certified (through McMaster University), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).
Dr. Andrew is passionate about continually upgrading his clinical skills in order to provide the most comprehensive and effective care possible for his patients. Since graduating, he has taken numerous courses related to soft-tissue therapy, injury prevention and rehabilitation, exercise science and athletic performance, concussion, headaches, to name just a few.
Dr. Andrew has become known as a leader in his field as an innovator and a world-renowned clinician. His unique skill-set has afforded him the ability to provide treatments for difficult cases that are otherwise unresponsive to other types of care. Patients travel from great distances, even as far as South America, Central America and from all over North America (including California, British Columbia, Minnesota, etc.) to seek his treatment. Dr. Andrew has developed successful and novel treatment protocols for a variety of ailments, including Concussions, Bunions and Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndromes.
Dr. Andrew lives a healthy and active lifestyle, and believes in the importance of a holistic and preventive approach to health. His approach is rooted in the biopsychosocial (BPS) model, and consists of addressing biomechanical imbalances in the body, optimizing physical and mental status and also focuses on nutrition. Tristan Cardinal

Tristan is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Algonquin College. Before massage therapy, he completed the Occupational Therapy Assistant/Physiotherapy Assistant program at Algonquin.
Tristan consistently strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all in his treatment area. He is passionate about assessing and working with patients experiencing any musculoskeletal injury. Tristan is dedicated to finding the root cause of injuries and not just treating the symptoms. Being on the men’s volleyball team for 5 years at Algonquin, Tristan has seen and experienced many athletic injuries. He enjoys helping athletes return to sport and treating persistent injuries throughout their season. He not only has worked with athletes, but also has experience working with a variety of patients including seniors and patients with chronic pain.
Tristan uses techniques in his practice such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, stretching, PNF and joint mobilizations. Expect to receive stretching/exercise prescription working with Tristan, as he strongly believes in combining exercise therapy and manual therapy to achieve the best outcomes. He is also big on educating the client why they could be experiencing pain and why he chooses certain massage techniques and exercises.

Laura Kestenberg
Laura holds an advanced diploma from the Centennial College Massage Therapy Program as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Science.
Laura is a passionate massage therapist, healthcare advocate, educator and mentor. She combines extensive education, knowledge of sports massage, Swedish massage, and other complementary techniques, such as advanced joint mobilizations, proprioceptive neuromuscular techniques and fascial release to help encourage and restore proper biomechanics and overall patient function and well-being. Phany Pang
Phany Phang is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. She has committed her career to the well-being of others and to assisting her clients in recovering from physical trauma.
Phany believes that massage is a natural way to reduce stress and loosen muscle tension. By doing this, it encourages blood flow to all areas of the body by improving and benefiting health.
