Massage Therapy

Khushali is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from Gujarat University, India.

Khushali has experience using her physical therapy training to diagnose, treat, and prevent a range of musculoskeletal and neurological diseases in a variety of settings, such as clinics, hospitals, and fitness centres. In her role as a resident physiotherapist in Ontario, she developed expertise in treating patients with chronic pain, sports injuries, and postural problems.

Khushali believes in the power of collaboration and takes a patient-centered approach to her practice. She takes the time to listen attentively to her patients’ concerns, understanding that each individual’s journey to recovery is unique. Through evidence-based interventions and personalised treatment plans, Khushali empowers her patients to regain independence, improve function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

In her spare time, Khushali enjoys playing pool and table tennis, reading novels, and sketching.

Previously graduated from Humber’s OTA/PTA program with honours in 2014. For the past 7 years I worked as both a PTA and Care Coordinator with a variety of patient populations like post-operative, motor vehicle accident and WSIB. Understanding both clinical and administrative roles as integral to patient care, I wanted to advance my therapeutic skills further and completed my education at Centennial’s Massage Therapy Program. I’m a strong believer in continuous education and focus on client-centered care using a range of treatments such as joint mobilizations, myofascial release and other soft-tissue techniques. Eric is a registered massage therapist who graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Before massage, Eric got his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at Brock University where he also played on the varsity men’s soccer team for five years. From a young age, Eric has always been involved in sports such as soccer, volleyball, cross country and ultimate Frisbee. His athletic background paired with his passion for helping people, steered Eric into a career in massage therapy.

Eric uses a variety of manual techniques in his practice such as trigger point work, muscle energy techniques, myofascial work, and joint mobilizations. He uses his logic and scientific background to incorporate an evidence based approach in his treatments. He enjoys teaching and informing his clients how to move pain free with exercise prescription to accompany his manual techniques. He believes that a combination of manual therapy and exercise is vital for rehabilitation. As a previous swim instructor, Eric understands the importance of individualized treatment plans and takes everything into consideration for the clients needs. In his spare time, Eric can be found training for his triathlons, weight lifting, watching soccer, and anything else outdoors.

Vishnee is a graduate of the Master of Physical Therapy program at Western University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Honours Health Studies with a Health Research Specialization and an Option in Aging Studies at the University of Waterloo.

Vishnee is passionate about educating and empowering clients to help them improve their overall function and quality of life. She values helping clients understand the “why” behind their injuries or conditions. She views health from a holistic perspective and uses a client-centered approach to provide individualized care. Vishnee has also trained in pelvic health physiotherapy. Her interest in this area stems from wanting to help normalize conversations about all things pelvic health. She actively takes specialized courses to provide high-quality, evidence-informed care.

Kevin earned his Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University. Prior to that, he also received his Bachelors of Science with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology from York University. He was inspired to pursue a profession in physiotherapy after experiencing his fair share of injuries while competing on the Varsity Wrestling Team.

Kevin has had the opportunity to work with many amazing individuals ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. He believes in using a holistic, client-centred approach to identify the root cause of symptoms and help clients return to the activities they enjoy.

While working together to build a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan, he utilizes treatment techniques such as manual therapy, education, and therapeutic exercise to help people achieve their goals.

Outside of the clinic you can find him trying out new restaurants, playing spikeball with friends, and working out at the gym.
