Nathania completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto after finishing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. Nathania’s passion for sharing knowledge and promoting a healthy lifestyle led her to pursue physiotherapy; she enjoys empowering patients with accurate health information and providing patients with strategies to optimize their recovery between sessions. She hopes to help you develop better self-awareness of your body and the way it moves. Her ultimate goal is to equip you with the tools you need to play an active role in your rehab journey.

Nathania has a love for team sports and cooperative board games, and this spirit of collaboration carries over to her approach with patients. Before pursuing physiotherapy, she worked as a Vision Therapist in BC, where she supported diverse patient populations including individuals recovering from concussions, athletes seeking to enhance performance, and those living with visual dysfunction. This experience gave her a unique perspective on the connection between the visual and musculoskeletal systems and continues to shape her comprehensive approach to rehabilitation.

Through her clinical training, Salma gained experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, which helped her build a strong foundation in assessment and treatment. She is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care that integrates exercise prescription, manual therapy, and education to support recovery, prevent re-injury, and optimize performance.

Alex completed his Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Prior to this, he obtained his Honors Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology degree at Western University. Alex is a huge sports fan and has pursued educational courses to further his clinical knowledge including American Sports Medicine Institute (ASMI) for baseball throwing injuries and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) for golf performance. Additionally, Alex has taken courses in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture and manual therapy.

Alex believes in a multimodal treatment approach with joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, client education, and targeted exercises.

He gained his Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University. Dylan’s passion for physiotherapy stemmed from his lifelong training as a martial arts practitioner and assistant instructor at Northern Karate Schools. Here, he learned the importance of effective communication, knowledge in body mechanics and function, as well as awareness of a student’s physical impairments in teaching new skills, and applies these principals to his practice.

Having grown up playing in competitive basketball and badminton teams, she is especially passionate about sports rehab and understands the commitment needed to return to peak performance.
