Sam Hosseini
Sam graduated from York University’s Kinesiology/Health Sciences and Athletic Therapy program. He is also a graduate from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, and has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2018.
Sam has worked with a variety of individuals, including professional, varsity, and recreational athletes, as well as people just starting their journey into living a physically active lifestyle. Sam combines the disciplines of Athletic Therapy, and Massage Therapy to help his patients return to their favorite activities, and to perform at their best.
He is highly dedicated to continuous learning and the use of evidence-informed practices to help his patients achieve their short and long term goals. Sam is also certified in the Functional Movement Screen, a tool that is used to assess movement patterns of the body. He has conducted the FMS for the Toronto Maple Leafs during their pre-season on multiple occasions.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, going on scuba diving/surfing trips, and playing the drums.

Annalee Kirk Registered Massage Therapist
Annalee Kirk graduated with honours in massage therapy at Elmcrest College of Applied Health Sciences in 2008. Annalee also has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Waterloo in psychology where she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Volleyball team.
Annalee’s massage therapy treatments are aimed to improve your mobility and functionality to a pain free state. General swedish massage techniques, along with other modalities, are performed to reduce muscle tension while increasing circulation and joint movement. In conjunction with massage, Annalee promotes exercises and stretch recommendations that you can do safely in the comfort of your home.
Annalee understands the benefits of alternative therapy and how effective aninterdisciplinary approach can aid in your athletic performance and recovery. As a former athlete, Annalee can relate to how physically and mentally demanding your schedule can be. Choosing massage therapy will help your performance, will reduce the possibility of injuries and is an excellent way to unwind and destress.

Clement Lau Registered Physiotherapist
Clement graduated from the Masters of Physical Therapy program at University of Toronto and previously obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology at McMaster University. He has a strong passion for injury prevention, reducing pain, and enhancing functional performance which stems from his athletic background competing on the varsity badminton team at McMaster University.
Clement appreciates the value of manual and active therapy, and believes in helping his clients understand their injury so they can take an active role in restoring their mobility and function. He utilizes a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrical modalities, and education to help clients achieve their goals.
Clement is dedicated to being a life-long learner and is committed to advance his physiotherapy skills. He has completed courses in Level 1 Manual Therapy and Soft Tissue Release, and has also completed the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program.

Rafael Rafaelov
Rafael holds a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and brings extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions across a broad spectrum - from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management.
With experience as a High-Performance Coach, Rafael has successfully guided both weekend warriors and competitive athletes in their recovery from injuries, ensuring they can safely return to their sport. He concurrently serves as a Resident Physiotherapist at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, where he works closely with patients post-operatively recovering from joint replacements, spinal decompressions and fractures.
As a life-long learner, Rafael strives to provide evidence-based solutions to increasing functional capacity. He most recently completed the Advanced Cervico-thoracic Certification Program from the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute. Furthermore, he is an active member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Pain Science Division.
Rafael tailors each treatment plan to the individual - incorporating education, manual therapy, and exercise programming. His approach encompasses all aspects of recovery, including the cognitive, emotional and social factors that influence physical well-being. His mission is to empower every patient to optimize healing, achieve their functional goals and realize their full potential.
