To book an appointment with a Sports Medicine Physician, Physiatrist or Orthopaedic Surgeon, please visit athletescare and call to book. For appointments covered by WSIB or MVA, please call the clinic directly to book the appointment.
The healthcare team at Athlete’s Care provide quality, patient-centered treatments. We require an Initial Assessment if this is your first time booking with us, if you would like to get a a new injury assessed and treated, or if you have not had an appointment within the past 6+ months.
What to bring to your appointment:
- Bring shorts if the issue is your knees, back or legs.
- Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing as specific areas of the body are subject for evaluation and treatment.
- Bring your referral or doctor’s note, if you have one.
- If you plan on having insurance cover your treatments, bring your insurance information and we can look into whether direct billing for Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy or Chiropractic care is an option with your insurance provider.
- Bring a valid OHIP card for appointments with a Sports Medicine Physician, Physiatrist or Orthopaedic Surgeon
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
